Filter User-Role Report

The default filter for User-Role reports allows to filter for the following objects:

• Container: select the container where user have to reside for the report
• Department: select the department of the users you want to report. The displied Department values depends on the container you may have selected.
• objectname: select specific user object you want to put on your report. The displied values depend on all preceeding filter selections.

in this example we select all users from container ou=users,o=data that have the value "Sales" in their department and have either the permission role (level 10) "FInance", "Management" or "Manager" assigned.

User-Role Report Result

The report shows all users that meet the filter requirements. The report shows all to this user assigned resources, directly assigned roles, role inherited by the container their reside, roles that are assigned to groups their are member of, role that are assigned to dynamic groups the user belong to, a summery of all inherited roles and the total of all roles a user finally has. By clickung the [+] buttom you can open the membership list.
