Audit Report

Report Filter:

The filter for Audit Reports is very powerfull. By default you can filter on the following criterias:

  • time period: refine your time period down to minutes
  • object class: reduce your search to specific objects (e.g. only "Users")
  • object name: you may concentrate your search on selected objects. The list only shows "object names" of "object classes" you may have selected.
  • attribute: if you're only interested in changes within specific attributes you can refine your search on these attributes
  • operation: if you're maybe only looking for modification events you select "MODIFY"
  • old value: if you're looking only for a specific value that an attribute has been changed from, you may select the value here. The list only shows existing values, that have been changes depending on your selection of "ObjectClasses", "Object Name" and "Attribute"
  • new value: if you're looking only for a specific value that an attribute has been changed to, you may select the value here. The list only shows existing values, that have been changes depending on your selection of "ObjectClasses", "Object Name" and "Attribute"

In this example we select user objects "ablake", "apalani", "aspencer" and "bjenner" to find out about attribute changes on attributes "Description", "L" and "Title" in the time between 2016-10-18 0:00 and 2016-11-04 23:59.
