ACD Driver 2.2

Now we can leave empty the option "Audit Template file" (ACD Driver and ACD Monitor). In this case:

• the template will not be sent to the ES (it was a big problem for ACD Monitor since the template was sent during the each data sending);
• ACD driver will use hardcoded date formats (will not take them from the template) : dd/MM/YYYY HH:mm:ss||YYYY-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSSZ||dd/MM/YYYY HH:mm:ss (Z)||dd/MM/YYYY HH:mm:ss.SSS (Z)||dd/MM/YYYY HH:mm:ss.SSS

On 4.8 we've caught a bug: strange behavior of "do-add-dest-attr-value" token  (https://community.microfocus.com/t5/Identity-Manager-User/4-8-and-quot-do-add-dest-attr-value-quot-token/m-p/2866631/highlight/true#M47915). Policies were adjusted according to the Lothar's recommendation to fix the data in case of such behavior.

Added optional ability to process SYNC events by ACD Driver.
